Hand-harvested in the wild landscapes of Idaho, this pine cone carries the quiet strength of the forest floor. I gathered it myself, honoring the slow rhythms of nature before preserving it forever in pure copper through the process of electroforming.
Electroforming allows nature to become encapsulated in metal — capturing texture, time, and place in a way that feels both ancient and alchemical. The warm glow of copper enhances the pine cone’s intricate geometry, creating a piece that feels grounding, protective, and deeply connected to the earth.
Each pine cone is completely one of a kind, shaped by Idaho’s seasons and preserved by hand in my studio. No two will ever be the same.
